Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date for eligible items. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

• Unused and unworn
• In their original condition
• Returned with original tags and packaging

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Made-to-order items
• Personalized or custom made
• Digital downloads
• Clearance or final sale items
• Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damaged after delivery

Because many of our products are handcrafted and upcycled, each item is unique and may have natural variations that are not considered defects.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at pinkthreadzandco@gmail.com.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days.

Original shipping fee are non-refundable we recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
