Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. We ship orders Monday through Friday. Please note, any orders placed over the weekend will ship on Monday.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING: For guaranteed delivery before Christmas, please place orders with ground shipping by December 15th. Orders placed after this date are recommended to use expedited shipping, though delivery before Christmas cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping Methods

We ship orders through USPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and shipping destination.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed.

• United States: 3–7 business days
• International: 7–21 business days (delivery times vary by destination and customs processing)

Please note that these are estimated delivery times.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

Pink Threadz & Co. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

• Weather conditions
• Carrier delays
• Natural disasters
• Customs processing
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by their country's customs agency. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Damaged Packages

Pink Threadz & Co. is not liable for damaged items once they are handed over to the shipping carrier.
